

Who is training for the Sporting Life 10k on May 11th? Are you training for your first 10k or are you keen to run a personal best? You have come to the right place! Thanks to ASICS, I have created a 6-week training plan for 10k first timers and another plan for intermediate runners chasing a faster time.
You will find a day-by-day guide to build your running and implement strength, mobility and injury prevention tools as well. I have included videos outlining a pre-run routine, demonstrating post run drills and agility and featuring band work for hips and glutes
There are also two strength circuit videos with variety of strength and simple band work for quads, adductors and hamstrings.
